Built on referrals, one property at a time
Custom Integrated Systems (CIS) was founded in 1996 in Dallas, Texas. We currently service the entire state of Texas. Nearly all of our new customers come to us through someone we already protect, which is the only marketing plan we have ever needed.
Our installation teams have an overall combined experience of over 55 years in the security and technology industry, and we constantly train on new technology. That experience shows up in every system we design, from a single-camera install to a fully integrated, multi-site access control network.
Every CIS system is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a UL-listed central station with professionally trained operators. Our office handles the rest: design, permitting, installation, inspections, and service, with one phone number for all of it.
