Who actually monitors my alarm system?
All CIS systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a UL listed Monitoring Station. Professionally licensed and trained operators are standing by to respond to any situation. If your alarm is going off right now, call the central station at 877-354-7220.
Can I afford a good reliable security system?
CIS can customize a security system to fit your business needs and your budget. All of our custom-designed systems are completely upgradeable, which allows you to add additional protection as your budget or needs allow.
Does a monitored system qualify me for insurance discounts?
Once CIS completes the installation or hook-up and inspection of your system, we provide you with a Certificate of Monitoring for your insurance provider. Most insurance companies offer 10% to 20% discounts for having a monitored security/fire system. Ask us about adding Water Leak Detection to your system for additional insurance discounts. Existing customers can request a new certificate any time from the Customers page.
What if my system isn't working correctly? Whom do I call?
You can contact our business office at 972-241-2299 during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) or our monitoring center at 877-354-7220, or submit a service request on this site. If we are unable to resolve the problem over the phone and the assistance of one of our technicians is necessary, we will be glad to schedule a service call that is convenient with your schedule, or we offer 24-hour EMERGENCY SERVICE at emergency service rates.
